ok, so an fyi to you's folks,
daniel and i are planning to forego
the traditional wedding and reception
and opt for quietly eloping with our families
at some point in the future, possibly this year.
and then later on, saving up for the cash money honeymoon
and probably have a small ceremony on the beach or something by ourselves.
that being said,
yesterday we were browsing stores before our movie started
at grapevine mills, and ran across the perfect elope-shirt for daniel
which he purchased! (its much more beachy and light in person)

astounding. and now all i need a dress.
after old navy we walked into the zales outlet
(i let him choose between that and banana republic)
and after a little bit i found the most awesome ring like ever.

its a wedding band, but i think its the perfect engagement/heather ring ever.
we're doing everything backwards anyway,
might as well do the rings out of order too.
(we're planning on getting me an engagement ring
a while later - mostly because i want to pick it out
and secondly because vintage edwardian rings
are hard to find on our current budget)
disclaimer: we are not engaged - i just found the ring he's going to use.
so yeah. it was a good day. besides that wedding stuff we saw i love you, man
absolutely more awkward than funny,
and ate at joe's crab shack to celebrate the end of my school semester!

yay for the semester being over! congrats!
also, i think it's funny that you mention old navy, because ben and i were there the other day, and after looking around the men's section and not really finding anything his style, we both agreed that old navy's latest men's fashion was geared heavily for a daniel, and not for a ben. haha--guess that is correct!
miss you.
